Induction Training

Each new employee must learn how the company works, be introduced to key staff and procedures, and be given the best chance to be an effective employee. Individual business units may require additional knowledge for new starters in order for them to adapt to new working practices and organisational isssues.

A CD or intranet-based introduction to the company can be a useful way to communicate these concepts as a first step in the learning process. Materials can include interviews with key people, presentations on company structure, safety information and a whole range of company issues.

A number of interactive elements can be built in to the presentation.

Frequently asked questions FAQ may be included on the CD or intranet.

Used to find out answers to questions not covered in the FAQ.

A discussion group may support groups of new employees.

Documents and worksheets may be printed out for individual study.

Testing knowledge using multiple choice questions builds confidence

Product & ServiceTraining

In a similar way to induction training, products and technologies can be introduced with the knowledge required on a CD that can be used by employees. CD delivery can be combined with other training methods to complete the introduction of new products and services.

Health and Safety Training

There are many good reasons why an employer will pay particular attention to Health & Safety training in a culture that is very much safety-aware. In house conditions specific to a particular company can be dealt with in a way that ensures a common approach and awareness of potential hazards in the workplace.
